Ten Stories about Dogs (graphic cycle)

This series of graphics contains 11 woodcuts (10 coloured sized 15 x 20,5 cm + final vignette sized 14 x 10,5 cm). Ten coloured woodcuts are numbered in black ink on the lower left and signed J. Váchal on the lower right. The final vignette is signed in black ink by Josef Váchal in the lower centre. Original paperback binding with loose double sheets on handmade paper. On the back cover is a colophon with the contents and titles of the woodcuts. A total of twenty unnumbered copies were issued. Published in the book "Holt si to musíte dát dovázat, jinej exemplář už není: Josef Váchal ve sbírce Viléma Trmala" (P. Hájek, Prague 2019, p. 13).
