Dear bidders,
thank you for your patronage and another successful auction, which reached 90%. The total bidding price of CZK 10,598,000 was increased to an impressive CZK 24,015,000. Among the most expensive works sold were two masterpieces by V&aacute;clav &Scaron;p&aacute;la. The first was an oil on canvas "Bouquet of Polyanthus", for which the new owner paid CZK 837,500. The other was an oil on cardboard "Still life with fruit", which sold for CZK 487,500.
Collector's gems also attracted great interest, including a Rolex Datejust Tridor watch and a limited edition Calatrava Officer by Patek Philippe, issued on the occasion of the 150th anniversary of the prestigious watch brand. The highest price increase was recorded by the PRIM TYCHO BRAHE KOSMOS watch from ELTON hodin&aacute;řsk&aacute; a.s., whose price rose by an incredible 442% (starting price CZK 90,000, achieved price CZK 487,500).
The sale of purchased items takes place in the KODL Gallery from Tuesday 24 September, always by appointment on weekdays between 10:00 and 18:00. You can also pay on the spot by card.

Michaela Červen&aacute; studied textile design, but she is known primarily for her unique paintings full of poetics, expressive colours and intimate impressions. She sometimes combines painting with embroideries, and she also creates tapestries.
The work will be presented at the <a href="https://pragueartweek.cz/udalosti/young-selection/">Young Selection exhibition of the Prague Art Week</a> festival (Savarin Palace, 5-8 September 2024). From Monday, 9 September, it will be exhibited at the Artslimit presale exhibition at KODL Gallery. It comes directly from the artist's studio. All proceeds will be used to support her work.
